Black Belt Club v.?

Just thought I'd get this line of thought documented.

The Black Belt Club has been extremely convenient and fun. With the extra weapons training being between regular classes; it saves trips. The downside has been that it seems to lead to some bursts of disorder, as we transition, that interfere with both Black Belt Club and the following class. This disorder also eats into the BBC time itself, so the 10 minutes on the schedule is sometimes 6 minutes. We Can do Better than that!

I've already spoken to most of our Black Belt Club Students about adjusting the schedule to move Black Belt Club Class to 5:00 on Friday ... every Friday. This will more than double the available Black Belt Club class time and allow us to more thoroughly cover that material. Even if you make one BBC class per month; you'll be getting more time than we are currently using.

For those families who are certain they won't be making any Fridays ... we'll set up extra private lessons to make sure you are taken care of.

The next natural question is ....
"When ?"

I do have a few families to check in with before the adjustment is official ... but ... preliminarily ... it looks like the week following the July promotion cycle... will be the first week of the new schedule.

You can expect a hard copy of the new schedule to be handed out, at class, a few weeks prior to the change ... and it will be in the newsletter and this week as well.
