July's Curriculum will be built around a "kick - punch" combination ...
Let's get in the habit of wearing shin pads and finger gloves each time we come to class ... Not just this month ... from now on... just consider them part of your uniform ... and keep your head gear handy.
That way we won't have to break the flow of class to put safety gear on ... We'll already be prepared.
If you don't have your gear yet ... the new equipment is posted .. and I think it's pretty cool stuff.
