☞ Emory University concluded, that through the practice of Tai-Chi, Seniors improved their balance by 47.5%
☞ The Journal of the American Geriatrics Society found that Tai Chi contributed significantly to balance and these seniors also experienced strength gain, particularly in the legs. In fact they found that seniors who participated in Tai Chi suffered 48% fewer falls than the general population of the same age.
☞ Studies show that when you do proper exercise three times a week you may reduce your chance of having a heart attack by 50% or more.
