In the Zone requires minimal physical fitness and is effective for everyone. The course teaches that you do have choices. Truly the most important skill you will develop is the ability to control your own mind set.


You Can Protect Yourself!
In The Zone is a highly specialized self-defense program that will teach you to successfully defend yourself and your family against an assailant of any size. In all of our programs, you'll work with instructors who are highly trained in dealing with the physical and emotional process of an escalating confrontation.; who will create safe, yet powerful scenarios and role plays designed to help you experience the realism of self-defense without the danger.


You Are Worthy of Defending!
You will learn simple, effective self-defense and prevention skills, that any person, regardless of age or fitness level, can do. You will practice in a safe environment. The instructor teaches and demonstrates all the skills and coaches students while they practice.
